Job summary

Applicantz seeks a senior professional with direct hands-on experience in MTBE metathesis and naphtha reforming to lead technical evaluations in refinery and petrochemical operations in Saudi Arabia. A minimum of 10 years in process operations, startup/shutdown procedures, and safety standards is required.

Excellent English communication and reporting skills are essential to document competency assessments and ensure compliance with established standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in MTBE metathesis and naphtha reforming process areas.
• Strong experience in refinery, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries.
• In-depth practical knowledge of process operations, equipment, procedures, and safety standards related to monomer/process units.
• Ability to evaluate technical/job-task competency against established operational standards.
• Strong understanding of start-up, shutdown, normal and emergency operating procedures.
• Ability to identify competency gaps and provide objective technical evaluation and reporting.
• Good English communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
• Candidates must have direct hands-on experience in the relevant process units; generic training or evaluator experience will not be considered.
