Execute small-scale maintenance and modification projects within the landside areas, ensuring the timelycompletion of projects, compliance with safety and legal requirements, and minimal disruption to public areas andlandside facilities
- Project Management:
- 1. Engage with stakeholders during the budget approval process and ensure necessary resources for landside projects.
- 2. Oversee the daily execution of landside projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- 3. Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and security standards, conducting regular site inspections.
- 4. Coordinate with internal departments, such as terminal management and parking services, to align project timelines with operational needs.
- 5. Monitor contractor performance, ensuring quality work and compliance with all project requirements.
- 6. Coordinate project technical submittals with the engineering team and issue necessary work permits.
- 7. Review and approve contractor invoices in line with deliverables and payment terms.
- Change Management:
- 8. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or costs, ensuring mitigation strategies are implemented and documented.
- 9. Apply Dammam airports change management procedures for any variation orders, securing approvals from stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- 10. Maintain accurate project documentation, including safety reports, quality records, and project progress updates.
- 11. Provide regular project reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency in project execution.
- 12. Ensure proper archiving of all project records in Dammam airpots database, including final reports and documentation.
- Project Closeout:
- 13. Ensure project closeout activities, including submission of warranties, performance bonds, and other necessary documentation.

Education Background Bachelor’s degree: Engineering or equivalent
Relevent Experience 3 to 4 years of experience in projects management, prefer airport projects management experience
