Fakeeh Care Group seeks a senior leader to guide a team of mobile developers across iOS and Android, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable apps. You will collaborate with product, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables while promoting Agile and DevOps practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem-solving, continuous learning, and staying current with mobile technologies and trends within a healthcare context.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in mobile app development (iOS & Android).
• Experience developing healthcare-related mobile apps integrated with HIS/EMR/LIS.
• Strong knowledge of modern mobile app architecture and CI/CD.

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers to drive performance and growth.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of mobile apps across iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define scope and timelines.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and scalability through reviews and automated tests.
• Drive Agile and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt.
