Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in mining operations and dispatch roles is preferred.
• Certification or training in mine dispatch systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize equipment deployment, haulage schedules, ore processing, and other mining activities to meet production targets.
• Monitor real-time dispatch and mine planning data to track equipment location and utilization.
• Optimize truck allocation, routing, and sequencing to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with mine planners and supervisors to develop production plans and schedules.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and coordinate with maintenance for timely fixes.
