Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor to guide guests through Mat and Reformer sessions, blending mindful movement with Miraval’s holistic wellness philosophy. You will tailor classes for all levels and collaborate with the wellness team on innovative Pilates offerings.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in luxury settings, strong anatomy knowledge, and fluent English. The role is on site at the Red Sea resort where safety and guest experience come first.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with strong training in Mat and Reformer Pilates (PMA or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Pilates in luxury resorts, wellness retreats, or boutique studios.
• Deep knowledge of anatomy, movement mechanics, and postural alignment.
• Experience adapting sessions for different ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates sessions, including Mat and Reformer, in group and one-on-one formats.
• Customize classes to accommodate all levels, focusing on core strength, posture, breath, and mindful movement.
• Promote body awareness, injury prevention, and emotional resilience through Pilates principles.
• Inspire guests to build sustainable wellness habits and connect with their bodies.
• Collaborate with wellness teams to design Pilates-based programs and immersive experiences.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming class environment and stay updated with industry trends.
