Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced MW Networks Lead to architect, plan and deliver licensed microwave links across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will work with multiple vendors, manage field deployments, and ensure compliance with CST regulatory requirements through final validation and approvals.

You will collaborate with internal teams, operators, and regulators to guarantee timely and compliant MW link implementations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Your Role

In this role, you will lead the planning, deployment, and end‑to‑end delivery of licensed microwave (MW) networks. You will work directly with multiple MW equipment vendors, managing technical design, link planning, integration, and on‑site deployment activities. A key part of your responsibility includes supporting MW rollout projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), ensuring all solutions meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee the full end to end validation process with the national regulator CST (Communications, Space and Technology) including spectrum coordination, submission of technical documentation, interference analysis, and final approval. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, operators, and regulatory bodies to guarantee successful implementation and compliance across all MW links.

Your Profile

You bring strong experience in designing and deploying licensed MW networks, with hands‑on work across different MW vendors and product lines. You have proven field and engineering experience in KSA, understanding local deployment practices, operational challenges, and stakeholder environments. You possess solid knowledge of the CST regulatory framework, with practical experience managing the full validation cycle, from link calculations and documentation to regulatory submissions and issue resolution. You are comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments, coordinating technical activities end-to-end, and ensuring high‑quality, compliant MW network deployments.
