Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced MW Networks Lead to architect, plan and deliver licensed microwave links across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will work with multiple vendors, manage field deployments, and ensure compliance with CST regulatory requirements through final validation and approvals.

You will collaborate with internal teams, operators, and regulators to guarantee timely and compliant MW link implementations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Design and deployment of licensed microwave (MW) networks across multiple vendors.
• Hands-on field engineering experience in KSA deployment practices.
• Knowledge of CST regulatory framework and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, deployment, and end-to-end delivery of licensed MW networks.
• Coordinate with MW equipment vendors and internal teams for design, planning, and integration.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, spectrum coordination, and validation with CST for all MW links.
