Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, AI product, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI etc.
• Collaborate with end users, professional service team, and sales teams to ensure successful products selling.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the pre-sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential clients.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Assist in responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Proven experience in product management and pre-sales, particularly with Microsoft products and services.
• Excellent problem-solving.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
