Job summary

Amentum in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced MH-60/H-60 Avionics Technician AT to perform PMI and maintenance on H-60 helicopters, including troubleshooting and repair of radios, radar, navigation, and rapid communications equipment.

The role requires extensive knowledge of wiring, connectors, and electronic systems; you will train Saudi technicians, maintain documentation per standards, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements in a demanding aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience performing complex helicopter electrical work.
• Ability to solve in-flight problems.
• Thorough understanding of flight characteristics and electronic systems.
• Proficient with test equipment (voltmeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMI, organizational, intermediate, and depot maintenance on MH-60 helicopters, including wiring and connector repairs.
• Troubleshoot, fault detect, isolate faults, and take corrective actions on electrical and utilities systems.
• Operate and maintain ground support equipment and tools used for power plant maintenance and repair.
• Provide on-the-job training for Saudi technicians and maintain training records.
• Maintain maintenance documentation, records, and reports per references including NAMP.
