AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Retail & Commercial Interface Manager to oversee commercial activities across metro operations and assets. You will manage interfaces with operators, tenants and partners, drive revenue opportunities, and ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.

The role requires senior-level expertise in commercial management within large infrastructure projects, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree or professional certification is desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial management, retail operations, asset management, or concessions management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail and commercial interfaces with metro operations to align with operational requirements and passenger experience.
• Develop and manage commercial opportunities across stations, depots, and assets to optimize revenue generation.
• Lead management of commercial agreements, leases, licenses, and contracts with retailers, advertisers, and partners.
• Coordinate with O&M contractors to ensure effective execution of activities within the metro environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain commercial management plans, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor performance, revenue streams, occupancy, and KPIs; ensure compliance with obligations.
