Job summary

NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. is seeking a disciplined Merchandising Specialist to install POS materials in an effective manner, coordinate with drivers for fast delivery, and ensure product presence on shelves.

The role includes inventory checks, maintaining shelf prices, and supporting KA with item reorder processes while ensuring stock cleanliness and proper documentation in weekly returns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Full time position.

Responsibilities

• Install POS materials in an effective manner.
• Implements competition feedback to Key Account Specialist.
• Count and verify the quantity of the returned items in Key Account Warehouses / Outlets to control discrepancies.
• Arrange Napco items in the warehouse, and be responsible for their good condition and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the driver for fast delivery and ensure products are present on shelves.
• Implement sales plano-grams and maintain shelves as per shelf rent agreements.
• Ensure correctness in shelf prices.
• Fill up customer card or vendor list when KA exercises item reorder with section manager and inform KAS accordingly.
• Perform price fishing when needed.
• Conduct monthly inventory of the POS.
