Job summary

Napco National Company invites an organized Warehouse/Merchandising assistant to support shelf maintenance and inventory tasks in Riyadh. You will install POS materials, ensure pricing accuracy, and coordinate returns and stock with KA teams and drivers.

The role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, adherence to shelf plans, and timely inventory checks to sustain product presentation and availability across outlets and warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Install POS materials effectively.
• Report competition feedback to Key Account Specialist.
• Ensure no damaged or dirty packets on shelves; return defects weekly with a customer return paper as needed.
• Count and verify returned items at Key Account Warehouses/Outlets to control discrepancies.
• Arrange Napco items in the warehouse and keep them in good condition and clean.
• Coordinate with the driver for fast delivery; ensure products are present on shelves.
• Implement sales plano-grams and maintain shelves per rent agreements.
• Ensure shelf prices are correct.
• Update customer card or vendor list when KA reorders in coordination with section manager and inform KAS.
• Perform price fishing when needed.
• Conduct monthly inventory of the POS.

• Implements competition feedback to Key Account Specialist.


• Make sure that no damage or dirty packets are left on shelves, warehouse and return defected ones to the company with an official customer return paper on weekly basis (where needed)


• Count and verify the quantity of the returned items in Key Account Warehouses / Outlets to control discrepancies resulting from returns.


• Arrange Napco items in the warehouse, and be responsible for their good condition and cleanliness.


• Coordinating with the driver for fast delivery Ensure that company’s products (all sizes & all packing) are present on shelves


• Implement sales plano-grams and maintain shelves as per shelf rent agreements


• Ensure correctness in shelf prices


• Fill up his customer card correctly and/or customer item list (vendor list) when KA will exercise item reorder with section manager and inform KAS accordingly.


• Perform price fishing when needed


• Conduct monthly inventory of the POS
