  • Write daily reports attached with photos to evaluate inventory and competitors.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the direct Manager within the scope of work.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to merchandising guidelines.
  • Maintain stock levels and prevent stock outs or overstock situations.
  • Regularly check and adjust product placement for current promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels in retail stores for timely replenishment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers and key retail staff.
  • Represent the company's brand positively with professionalism.

  • Maintaining personal hygiene, the cleanliness of the vehicle and the advertising materials used by the company.
  • Writing daily reports and attaching photos with the report to evaluate inventory, competitors’ activities and prices.
  • Perform all tasks assigned by the direct Manger within the scope of work.
  • Ensure the company’s products are displayed prominently in stores according to planograms and merchandising guidelines.
  • Maintain proper stock levels and ensure product availability on shelves, preventing stock outs or overstock situations.
  • Organize products in an appealing, easy-to-navigate manner that encourages customers to make a purchase.
  • Regularly check and adjust product placement to reflect current promotions, new products, and seasonal trends.
  • Implement and maintain product displays according to the company’s planograms, ensuring correct placement and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure that all displays meet company and retailer standards for neatness, cleanliness, and proper signage.
  • Regularly update displays and merchandising setups to align with product launches, promotions, and brand strategies
  • Monitor and track inventory levels in retail stores, ensuring timely stock replenishment from the warehouse or distribution center.
  • Communicate with store managers, sales teams, and logistics to ensure products are always available in the right quantities.
  • Identify and report issues related to stock availability, such as stock shortages or excessive stock buildup
  • Implement in-store promotions and ensure promotional materials, such as banners, posters, and shelf talkers, are correctly placed and visible.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure promotions are executed effectively, and products are highlighted to increase sales.
  • Monitor the performance of promotional displays and report results to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key retail staff to ensure support for merchandising initiatives.
  • Act as the point of contact between the company and retail outlets to address any merchandising-related issues or requests.
  • Collaborate with retailers to identify opportunities for better product placement and additional promotional space.
  • Regularly monitor competitor activity, product placement, and pricing in retail outlets.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Suggest improvements in merchandising practices based on insights gained from competitor and market analysis.
  • Report merchandising activity, including stock levels, product placement, promotions, and feedback from retailers.
  • Prepare regular reports on merchandising performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Track the success of merchandising efforts by analyzing sales data and providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Represent the company’s brand positively and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when dealing with retailers and customers.
  • Ensure that all company products in stores are presented consistently with the brand’s guidelines and image.
  • Assist in educating retail staff on product features, benefits, and proper merchandising techniques.
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
