Qualifications

Merchandiser

We are currently seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our products are properly displayed and stocked in retail stores. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with retail store managers to plan and execute product displays and promotions
• Ensure that product displays are visually appealing and meet brand standards
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed
• Conduct regular store visits to check on product availability, placement, and pricing
• Collaborate with sales team to gather feedback on product performance and customer preferences
• Keep track of competitor activities and provide recommendations to improve sales and market share
• Assist in the development of merchandising strategies for new product launches or seasonal campaigns

Requirements:

• Indian national with valid work permit or residency in Mecca, Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in Hindi or any other regional language; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising or related field; experience in retail industry preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with retail store staff
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be physically fit as the job may require lifting and moving of products

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with health insurance and other benefits.
