Job summary

JobCenter in Mecca is seeking a Merchandiser Coordinator to organize merchandising activities across our retail stores and create visually compelling displays that boost sales. You will ensure accurate labelling, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with vendors to keep product availability optimal.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and with the merchandising and marketing teams to drive attractive in-store

Merchandiser Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser Coordinator to join our team in Mecca. As a Merchandiser Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the merchandising activities of our retail stores and ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. Your main goal will be to increase sales by creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that products are easily accessible to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the merchandising team to plan and implement visual displays for our retail stores
• Ensure that all products are accurately labeled with prices and descriptions
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of new products
• Train store employees on proper merchandising techniques and standards
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all displays are up-to-date and visually appealing
• Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional displays or sales events
• Evaluate sales data to identify popular products, slow-moving items, and potential opportunities for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in order to make recommendations for changes or improvements in merchandising strategies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or related role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques, principles, and best practices
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

Salary: $1000/monthly (negotiable based on experience)

City: Mecca, Saudi Arabia (visa sponsorship available)
