As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. Your main duties will include conducting market analysis, developing product placement and display plans and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences
• Develop effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Create product placement and display plans that meet company standards
• Work closely with buyers to ensure appropriate product selection
• Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns
• Train and supervise retail staff on merchandising techniques
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior and competitors activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles, practices and techniques
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors, buyers and retail staff
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for inventory management
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Candidates must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.
