Job summary

PPOAR Medina is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the delivery of multiple projects. The role demands a can-do attitude, high organization, and strong problem-solving skills.

You will plan, execute, monitor and control projects from start to finish while managing budgets and schedules using MS Project. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of project management experience and a degree in project management or a related field.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management or a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Must be able to work in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
• Aptitude for budgeting and understanding of scheduling tools (MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans from initiation through closure.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors and internal departments.
• Monitor progress against deadlines.
• Estimate costs and resources for each project.
• Identify and resolve complex issues during the project duration.
• Create progress reports for senior management.
• Track quality assurance and provide feedback as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and best practices.
