Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing doors/windows, and replacing light fixtures.
• Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards.
• Respond to repair requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Install new appliances or equipment as needed.
