Job summary

Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Medical Readiness & Training Manager to build and sustain a city-wide culture of emergency preparedness. You will own the full cycle of first aid and first responder training, certification compliance, emergency drill planning, and event medical readiness across all venues and activations.

Working within healthcare operations, you will supervise instructors, maintain certification records, coordinate onboarding requirements, and deliver monthly dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in EMS, paramedicine, nursing, public health, or related clinical field.
• Valid SCFHS professional license in a relevant clinical category is required.
• 5–7 years in emergency medical services, healthcare training, or mass gathering medicine with 2–3 years in education or preparedness roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain city-wide emergency preparedness culture across Qiddiya.
• Own full cycle of first aid and first responder training and certification compliance.
• Plan and evaluate emergency drills, and ensure readiness for events and activations.
• Coordinate with City Operations and HR to embed certification requirements into onboarding.
• Produce monthly certification dashboards and report gaps to the Executive Director.
