Job summary

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Medical Devices Operations Coordinator to support the smooth coordination of medical device operations, regulatory requirements, shipments, customer orders, and internal processes.

You will coordinate SFDA registration, track shipments and customs, manage purchase orders with internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Devices, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in medical devices operations or regulatory affairs preferred.
• Arabic and English proficiency; MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration of medical devices with SFDA and follow up on regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer purchase orders and requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse.
• Follow up with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to medical devices, shipments, orders, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the team in identifying and resolving operational issues and delays.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the medical device supply process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in medical devices operations, regulatory affairs, procurement, logistics, or commercial operations is preferred.
• Basic to good knowledge of SFDA medical device requirements.
• Experience in shipment coordination and customs clearance is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
