Job summary

MasterHR.com is sourcing a senior HVAC professional for a reputable construction firm in Dammam, KSA. The candidate will oversee HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with ASTM standards and project documentation.

The role requires at least 7 years of experience in industrial building construction, with familiarity in Aramco/RC or equivalent projects, and leadership to head a project team. An attractive package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems experience required.
• Experience with chillers, CCU, and package units.
• Experience with pump station and pump selection.
• Familiar with filing systems (foam – FM 200 – Nov Ac 1230 splinckers).
• Experience in infrastructural works (sewer, stormwater, fire lines).
• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Experience in construction of industrial buildings.
• Experience with Aramco or RC in KSA or Orascom or Petroget in Egypt.
• Familiar with ASTM standards, specifications, and flow all requirements.
• Experience in shop drawing, revision of design drawings, and detailing.
• Familiar with documents for approvals (FIR, FCD, HPR, DCIV).
• Familiar with plan documents (Quality Plan, safety plan, Method statements, ITP).
• Good personality, able to head a team and make decisions.
