Position

Required for a reputable Construction Firm located at Dammam – KSA.

Qualifications

• Good experience with HVAC systems.
• Good experience with chillers, C.CU, and package unit.
• Experience with pump station and pump selection.
• Familiar with all filing systems (foam – FM 200 – Nov Ac 1230 splinckers).
• Experience in infrastructural works (scwer, stormwater, fire lines).
• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Experience working on construction of industrial buildings.
• Experience working with Aramco or R.C in KSA or Orascom or Petroget in Egypt.
• Familiar with ASTM standards, specifications, and flow all requirements.
• Experience in shop drawing, revision of design drawings, and detailing.
• Familiar with required documents for approvals (FIR, FCD, HPR, DCIV).
• Familiar with plan documents (Quality Plan, safety plan, Method statements, ITP).
• Good personality, able to head a team and make decisions.
