Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to drive experienced hire recruitment across the Middle East, reporting to the IMEA Recruitment Team. The role is based in Riyadh and focuses on end-to-end recruitment for leadership and Partner-level roles, collaborating with Partners and senior leaders to secure top talent for the firm.

As a strategic recruiter, you will strengthen the employer brand, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and leverage data to inform decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• End-to-end recruitment across levels including senior and Partner hires.
• Experience in professional services or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East talent market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Recruiting to execute the experienced hire recruitment strategy.
• Lead Partner recruitment and executive search engagements.
• Advise leaders on talent market trends, workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Monitor recruitment performance using data and market insights.
• Manage relationships with executive search firms and recruitment agencies.
