Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, commercial excellence, learning & development in healthcare.
• Experience supporting multi-country organizations and diverse commercial teams.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional Commercial Capability Strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Design and deliver Sales Excellence & Commercial Training programs.
• Lead onboarding programs for new commercial employees and develop career pathways.
• Design engaging learning experiences using blended methods and digital platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, and Global Learning for launch readiness.
• Coach regional teams and measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to align priorities and ensure compliance.
