Job description

Manage all aspects of the Riyadh store to deliver exceptional customer experience, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is accountable for driving store performance, leading and developing the store team, maintaining visual merchandising and inventory standards, and implementing company policies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to safety and loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Drive sales performance and meet store targets through effective planning, staff coaching, and execution of promotional activities.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop store team members to deliver high‑quality customer service and achieve individual and store KPIs.
  • Ensure excellent in‑store customer experience by monitoring service standards, managing customer feedback, and resolving escalations professionally.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain brand standards and optimize product placement for conversion.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and replenishment processes; conduct regular stock counts and coordinate with supply chain to minimize shrinkage and stockouts.
  • Implement company policies, promotions, and operational initiatives; ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, staffing, inventory, and store performance; analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional management, marketing, and logistics teams to align store activities with broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3–7 years of retail management experience, with demonstrated success meeting sales and operational targets.
  • Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing front‑line teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sales per sqm, conversion, average transaction value, shrinkage) and experience using them to drive performance.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office.
