Job summary

A leading construction firm seeks an experienced professional for material submittal preparation in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering and 3-4 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, preparing technical submittals, and coordinating with suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft tools is essential. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in material submittal preparation in construction or joinery.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and BOQ to identify material requirements.
• Prepare and compile Material Technical Submittals for approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers for technical data sheets and certificates.
• Maintain and update the Material Submittal Log and Tracker.
• Follow up on submitted materials and coordinate responses.
• Ensure all submittals meet project standards.
• Support procurement by confirming approved materials.
• Coordinate with site and factory teams.
