alfanar coordinates the movement of materials between the factory and installation sites to support timely project execution in Riyadh. You will ensure materials are prepared, dispatched, delivered, and received according to installation schedules, coordinating with factory, site, warehouse, transport, and project teams.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, with strong organizational and communication skills to manage logistic activities in a construction

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Factory & Site Coordination: Act as the main coordination point between the factory and installation site for material and delivery requirements.
• Material Dispatch & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate material dispatch from the factory based on approved site requirements and installation schedules.
• Material & Documentation Control: Review delivery notes, packing lists, material lists, and related dispatch documents; maintain records of dispatched and delivered materials.
• Reporting & Follow-Up: Maintain updated tracking of material readiness, dispatch, delivery, and pending site requirements; provide regular logistics status updates.
