Job summary

Confidential Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Materials Encoder/Data Entry specialist to support procurement, warehouse and construction teams. You will encode material data into project ERP systems and maintain reliable records.

Responsibilities include verifying data against source documents, organizing EDMS files, updating or deleting records, and ensuring data security and accuracy. 2–5 years of experience and ERP familiarity required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years in materials encoding or data entry in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
• Experience as Encoder or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
• Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus.

• Assist in the creation of standardized procedures and guidelines for data entry processes.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
