Mason Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Monitor progress and quality of masonry work, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications
• Train and mentor junior masons to improve their skills and knowledge
• Manage materials and equipment, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with other supervisors and project managers to plan, schedule, and execute projects
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates on project progress
• Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project expenses

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor in a construction company
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Must have own visa for Saudi Arabia

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. This position is suitable for male candidates only.
