It's time to make a move. Join our flow. We have an exciting opening for Marketing Specialist to be based in our main office in Riyadh and reporting to Head of Marketing CX & Business Intelligence.

In this role you will lead customer marketing and digital demand creation for new and existing building solutions. You will work in close collaboration with frontline business line management teams, business development managers and offering managers to capture the business priorities and targets, then translate them into meaningful and effective marketing campaigns that support sales and drive our brand across different online and offline touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, development and execution of brand and business marketing activities for different market and customer segments to create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Develop and manage key messages and value propositions for all target groups.
  • Follow up on marketing activities with a result-driven mindset and provide information, analysis and feedback.
  • Use different marketing tactics, activities, tools and channels for effective digital marketing and channel management to drive brand awareness.
  • Support the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience in building a strong brand and executing the marketing and communications strategy aligned with global marketing strategies and local business requirements.
  • Localize global marketing material and activities for a market-tailored approach.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (e.g., creative, event, advertising, PR, translation).
  • Provide sales support for customer marketing with presentations, brochures and documents distributed to customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing, events, or brand management in agencies or corporates working with international brands.
  • Good understanding of brand-building marketing, digital marketing tools and demand generation.
  • Data-driven approach.
  • Proactive, organized with the ability to collaborate, co-create and manage relationships with stakeholders internally and with external agencies.
  • Conceptual thinking and creativity with a strong commercial mindset.
  • A “can do” attitude.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic language.
