Marketing Manager, Lifecycle, Marketing and Prime

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and deliver engagement programs that delight our customers and deepen their relationship with Amazon. This person will design, test, and scale engagement strategies. You will flex your analytical and creative abilities as you design, experiment, and build marketing programs that help customers experience and understand how Amazon can help provide greater value and strengthen customer engagement.

In this role, you will own the experimentation strategy to determine the best way to set up new engagement program tests to achieve the desired learnings. You will lead program execution across owned and operated channels including Amazon’s homepage, cross-site placements, email, landing page destinations, and more. You will also partner with other teams the results and report key insights to leadership. To be successful, you will be naturally curious, thrive in ambiguity, be willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done and obsess about how to serve our customers better quickly and use a test and learn approach to develop scalable marketing programs.

Key job responsibilities
  • Ownership of planning, designing, and executing marketing initiatives that drive adoption of new shopping behaviors and lead to repeat purchasing
  • Own the experimental testing design to uncover key insights and inform future campaigns
  • Develop segmentation models for retargeting key segments with experimental Lifecycle offers and messaging
  • Build and execute campaigns, report on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends
  • Partner with program owners throughout Amazon, to iterate and test different ways to communicate key messages
  • Document best practices in execution and reporting that will serve as a model for partner teams

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience>
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • BA/BS degree with certificate of completion of studies required
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
