Job Purpose

Drive the end‑to‑end execution of RICC (McDonald’s) marketing programs by leading daily operations, activating marketing plans with precision, and ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standards. Execute marketing activities that directly support the company’s plan‑to‑win objectives and maintain compliance with all regulations.

Job Responsibilities.

1. Strategy Development & Business Planning

  • Contribute to business planning and help develop an overall marketing strategy aligned with RICC (McDonald’s) mission, vision, and long-term objectives
  • Coordinate with market research teams to gather and analyze market data (economic climate, competitors, market forces, customer attitudes, preferences).
  • Support pricing strategy implementation to ensure competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve market share targets.
  • Adjust marketing strategies in response to changing market and competitive conditions

2. Marketing Operational Management

  • Coordinate with functional and regional teams to ensure integrated and aligned marketing strategies.
  • Develop and monitor operating systems, including policies, procedures, structure, and information flow.
  • Ensure compliance with CSM quality and service standards.

3. Marketing Initiatives

  • Define advertising objectives, recommend media choices, and manage resources for effective and economical campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations related to menu design and development.
  • Select and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (printers, designers, advertising agencies, media).
  • Ensure best practices in product launches, brand awareness, market positioning, and overall marketing operations.

4. People Management

  • Support the identification and recruitment of key talent.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Set performance objectives, provide support, evaluate performance, and deliver regular feedback.
  • Promote a high‑performance culture aligned with company values.

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food & beverage.
  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
