Overview

Job Summary: The Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities at the assigned branch. This role serves as the primary marketing and communication representative at the branch, ensuring that institutional marketing strategies are effectively implemented at the local level. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while representing the institution’s brand and communication standards.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Coordination & Execution
    • Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support student recruitment and brand visibility at the branch level.
    • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Officer to ensure digital campaigns are localized and launched effectively.
    • Collaborate with the Content & Social Media Specialist to create and distribute branch-specific content across digital platforms.
  • Branch-Based Marketing & Communication Representation
    • Act as the primary marketing and communication liaison for the branch, ensuring alignment with institutional marketing strategies.
    • Represent the marketing team at branch events, meetings, and community outreach programs.
    • Provide real-time feedback and insights from the branch to inform central marketing strategies.
  • Event & Promotional Support
    • Support the Outreach and Experiential Marketing Officer in organizing local events, outreach programs, and experiential marketing initiatives at the branch.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional items for local events and campaigns.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials and event setups at the branch.
  • Market Research & Reporting
    • Conduct local market research with the help of the marketing analyst to identify trends and support localized marketing strategy development.
    • Assist the Marketing Analyst / Strategist by providing branch-specific data for campaign performance reports.
    • Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends specific to the branch’s region.
  • Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to ensure timely marketing materials and service delivery at the branch.
    • Manage and maintain branch-specific marketing databases, files, and documentation.
    • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Director of Marketing and assist with budgeting and invoicing processes related to branch activities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Diploma in Applied Marketing.
  • Experience: 2-4+ years in marketing coordination, campaign management, or related roles, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
