Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• MS / MBA is a plus.
• 5-8 years experience in Production/Manufacturing/Fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities coordinating with Safety, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production team leaders.
• Focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost via Lean design and problem-solving.
• Ensure SAP master data integrity and MES execution supports.
• Coordinate plant operations to meet production schedule and ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain safe working environment following Eaton-MESH guidelines.
