Job summary

Salasa Alofoq Transport and Storage is seeking an Outsourced Manpower Supervisor to govern manpower operations across fulfillment centers, dark stores, and other sites. You will ensure discipline, compliance and vendor accountability while reinforcing safety and standards.

The role bridges Operations, Security, HSSE, Vendors, and People & Culture to drive governance, visibility and risk mitigation across the Salasa network. A strong background in outsourced manpower is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR/BA/ops management.
• 3–5 years in operations, warehouse admin or HR ops.
• Experience with outsourced manpower or vendor coordination required.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern outsourced manpower across all Salasa facilities, ensuring discipline and compliance.
• Coordinate with outsourcing vendors on performance, attendance gaps, replacements and escalations.
• Conduct site visits and audits to assess manpower performance and discipline.
• Develop reports on manpower trends, incidents and improvement areas.
• Support onboarding and promote safety culture across the field operations.
