Job summary

Express Food Company is seeking an exceptional Talent Management Manager to lead talent strategy and support its fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant business. This role reports to the CHRO and designs and drives performance management, succession planning, leadership development and career growth frameworks to build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Management/HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience designing performance management, succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Experience in QSR, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills using talent/workforce data.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Express Food Company is looking for an exceptional Talent Management Manager to lead talent strategy and support one of the fastest growing Quick Service Restaurant businesses in the region. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role is responsible for designing and driving the Company's talent management strategy — including performance management, succession planning, leadership development and career growth frameworks — while building a high-performance culture that supports sustainable business growth.

To lead the Company's Talent Management function by providing strategic direction across performance management, succession planning, leadership development and career growth, ensuring the organization builds and retains the capability needed to support long-term growth strategy while fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Company's Talent Management function, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Talent Analytics.
  • Develop and execute the Talent Management strategy to support business growth, workforce capability and organizational excellence.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive accountability, development and high performance across the organization.
  • Lead succession planning processes to ensure a strong leadership pipeline and readiness for critical roles.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify high-potential talent and design tailored development plans.
  • Build and roll out leadership development programs aligned with the Company's growth strategy.
  • Establish talent review processes and drive data-driven talent decisions using workforce and talent analytics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, feedback and career growth across all levels of the organization.
  • Act as the Company's senior talent advisor, providing strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team on talent, capability and organizational development matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Talent Management / HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience designing and leading performance management, succession planning and leadership development programs within a large multi-site organization.
  • Strong background in QSR, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and driving organizational capability in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using talent and workforce data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, coaching and communication capabilities.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
