Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Talent Management Manager to support a broad set of Middle East talent and core HR projects. You will oversee leadership assessments, talent development programs, and talent data management, partnering with HR/COE teams and senior leaders.

The role focuses on driving data-informed talent decisions, coordinating with HR systems like MyP&D, and aligning with TMCI/TMOD teams to ensure integrated processes. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or experience.
  • 8+ years experience.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, influencing, and follow up skills.
  • Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing across diverse, multi-level audiences.
  • Experience with navigating Global and Local teams to accomplish objectives.
  • Strong analytical and research skills; familiarity with statistical software is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • General problem solving and gap analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization/time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Must have strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Engage in thoughtful planning and execution for employee lifecycle programs including leadership assessments (LeAD), 360-feedback assessments, functional assessments, and leadership coaching
  • Support project planning, coordination and communication for top talent programs
  • Provide talent advisory services including interfacing with Sr. business and HR leaders to plan executive sessions, supporting talent data management, and project managing new talent programs
  • Enables the scaling of data driven decisions using PepsiCo assessments and insights while managing competing business needs
  • Proactively plan across distinct workstreams to balance competing timeframes, priorities and timeline changes
  • Engages in thought leadership to support TM Leadin building the strategic talent agenda
  • Support talent planning practices through building talent data files, supporting project management and other talent initiatives
  • Conduct necessary research on various topics / items for client interventions
  • Data management & analysis: Aid in the collection and review of talent and organizational data, identify trends and strategic insights, communicate/present findings to guide talent agenda
  • Interface with our HR systems and reports, including input of talent data into MyP&D
  • Process Integration: Works closely with the TMCI team and TMOD leads to ensure fully integrated connections across programs and processes
  • Demonstrate strong partnership while working with the corporate COE and other sector talent management teams
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to collaborate and influence key parties

Job Overview: The Talent Management Manager will support a variety of Middle East Talent Management and core HR process projects, with specific responsibilities in overseeing key talent development and assessment programs, owning talent data and HR systems, and partnering with HR/COE teams in talent growth and development. In particular, the Talent Management Manager will play a key role in the ongoing execution of PepsiCo’s developmental leadership assessments and use this data to inform decision making. Key customers and stakeholders include: Division HRVPs, HRBPs and Sr. Leaders, and HR Operations.
