Job summary

Melon Digital Insurance is seeking a Manager - Motor Claims to oversee end-to-end motor claims operations at our HQ in a hybrid work environment. You will lead a skilled team, ensure timely settlements, and drive process excellence across regulatory and company guidelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, use data analytics to reduce loss ratios, and implement improvements to boost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex claim cases and customer queries.
• Ensure the team’s adherence to service standards and performance KPIs.
• Prepare detailed reports and analytics for management review.
