Job summary

Manpower Resources India seeks a Manager- Legal for the Legal Department in the Middle East region. The candidate should have a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and 10–12 years of experience, with the ability to draft and negotiate contracts and manage litigation.

The role requires handling project contracts, NDAs, and IP-related matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with external consultants to monitor and enforce legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts including project contracts.
• Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements and Sale/Purchase Agreements.
• Prepare Project Agreements and MOUs.
• Maintain updated lists of court cases and manage litigation.
• Ensure compliance and liaise with external law firms and consultants.
