• Minimum 10 years of program or portfolio management experience in delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong expertise in ERP platforms and Oracle applications.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and hybrid delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise technology programs with integrated planning, scheduling, reporting, and milestone management.
• Oversee budgets and capacity to keep delivery on track within financial parameters.
• Manage a hybrid portfolio across agile and waterfall delivery models to maximize measurable business benefits.
• Monitor KPIs, team effectiveness, and stakeholder feedback to strengthen adoption and continuous improvement.
