Job summary

Esports Foundation in Riyadh is seeking a Manager Accounting to oversee the accounting department and deliver timely financial reporting. You will manage operations, drive analysis, and ensure IFRS compliance on a group-wide basis.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, and ERP systems. This on-site position offers a strategic impact on a high-growth esports initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience; at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Manage accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations IFRS.
• Coordinate and manage external audits.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
• Manage accounting systems and software.
• Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making.

Job Purpose:As Manager Accounting, your role is to oversee the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing accounting operations, financial analysis, and compliance with financial regulations
