Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Knowledge of journal entries and general ledger processes.
• Experience with fixed assets and depreciation calculations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.
• Familiarity with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with accounting software and advanced Excel features.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration; mentoring experience is a plus.

Role Description The Accounting Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dammam, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, including the preparation and review of financial statements, management of journal entries, and maintenance of the general ledger. This role will manage fixed assets records, ensure accurate depreciation calculations, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The Accounting Manager will monitor financial performance, provide analytical insights to support decision-making, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies. The role may also involve coordinating with external auditors, improving accounting processes, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and understanding core Finance concepts.
• Ability to manage Journal Entries (Accounting) and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Experience in tracking and managing Fixed Assets, including capitalization and depreciation.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including advanced functions.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading or mentoring team members preferred.
