Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams and training in safety and technical skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001/14001/9001 and compliance with safety policies.
• Experience with CMMS data entry and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assure adherence to ISO standards and participate in internal audits as required.
• Manage all execution and analysis of maintenance activities for Mine Mobile Equipment.
• Supervise, evaluate and train the Maintenance Team to promote continuous improvement.
• Provide proactive support for reliability improvement and cost-effective maintenance strategies.
• Monitor contractor activities for policy compliance and quality of work.
• Ensure safety procedures, trainings and inspections are completed per policy.
