Job summary

Maaden is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to oversee maintenance execution for production lines at our facilities in the Eastern Province. You will direct engineers and crews, plan resources, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while aligning with production targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance for batch, coating/slitting, or continuous process production, strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or technical diploma/certificate
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance leadership
• Excellent command of English (verbal & written)
• Experience in batch, coating/slitting or continuous process production is preferred
• Strong proficiency with CMMS, ERP and MS Office; familiarity with AI software

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for maintenance execution, engineers and resource planning
• Ensure compliance to EHS, PTW and LOTO; lead incident/near-miss follow-up actions
• Maintain interface with operations to prioritize critical work and restore flow
• Drive maintenance to achieve production targets, availability and recovery performance
• Develop and control contractors’ scope of work and performance (safety, quality, schedule)
• Lead shutdown/turnaround planning, readiness and execution control
• Manage manpower deployment, overtime control and emergency call-outs
