Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Define scope of projects and develop project charters.
• Create a detailed work plan identifying activities.
• Manage and monitor project plans day-to-day.
• Prepare and validate project progress reports.
• Ensure completion of milestone activities.
• Track and raise issues and risks.
• Provide cash flow plans for projects.
• Participate in RFP creation and tender evaluations.
• Monitor compliance with organizational policies.
• Update management on project progress.
• Escalate time and cost overruns to management.
• Attend project meetings with consultants/contractors.
• Issue minutes of meetings where required.
