Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician/Engineer in Riyadh to lead installation, calibration, and complex troubleshooting of advanced systems. You will develop maintenance schedules and interpret intricate schematics to guide repairs and modifications.

The role requires diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and mentoring junior technicians while ensuring safety of tools and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading complex electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing PLCs, VFDs, servos, and robotics.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for methodical troubleshooting.
• Effective communication and teamwork across functions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, calibration, and complex troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance using predictive tech.
• Interpret blueprints and manuals to guide assembly and modifications.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues with precision.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback and assist in prototypes.
• Oversee safe operation of tools and testing equipment; ensure safety compliance.
• Document maintenance activities and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in advanced troubleshooting.
• Lead electromechanical works integrating electrical and mechanical maintenance.
