Job summary

Premium Support Facility Management Ltd. is seeking a seasoned maintenance leader to oversee planning, execution and continuous improvement of industrial maintenance activities.

You will coordinate maintenance teams, optimize work orders, manage spare parts, tools, and contractors, and ensure compliance with SOPs and permit-to-work procedures. Strong data hygiene with CMMS, and ability to produce performance reports are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Engineering.
• 7–10 years of maintenance-management experience.
• Strong CMMS, planning, technical, and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual monthly and weekly maintenance plans.
• Allocate resources and monitor work-order completion.
• Manage maintenance teams workshops tools spare parts and contractors.
• Monitor breakdown frequency response time downtime and backlog.
