Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Maintenance Manager (HDPE) to lead maintenance activities at the HDPE plant in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering reliable plant performance, coordinating multi-discipline teams, and ensuring HSE compliance across maintenance work orders.

Ideal candidate has extensive Oil & Gas/Petrochemical maintenance experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive reliability improvements in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 20 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance - High School required or equivalent.
• 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance - Diploma required.
• 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance - Bachelor Degree required.
• Saudi National only.
• Experience in HDPE, Polyolefins, or Polymer manufacturing plants preferred.
• Good knowledge of maintenance contract management, safety regulations, and refinery/petrochemical maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance jobs assigned to contractors for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities at the HDPE Plant.
• Regular reporting in CMMS system on maintenance execution.
• Support Planning and Scheduling Supervisor with required tasks.
• Support Reliability Department for bad actor analysis and reliability improvements.
• Prepare weekly maintenance reports and present updates during meetings.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for HDPE process equipment.
• Review and enhance personnel competency through job-specific training with Head of HR.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements during maintenance activities.
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls to ensure safe and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities of the HDPE Plant in accordance with Company standards.
• Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at the HDPE Plant.
• Provide required support to Planning and Scheduling Supervisor.

• Saudi National.
• Experience in HDPE, Polyolefins, or Polymer manufacturing plants is preferred.
• Good knowledge of maintenance contract management, safety regulations, and refinery/petrochemical maintenance standards.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
