Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager (HDPE) for the HDPE Plant in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on coordinating mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance, ensuring asset availability while meeting HSE standards.

Saudi nationals only. The candidate will lead large teams, drive reliability improvements, and report weekly on maintenance progress. Strong vendor management and CMMS skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – Diploma.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – Bachelor Degree.
• Saudi National.
• Experience in HDPE, Polyolefins, or Polymer manufacturing plants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance jobs assigned to contractors related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities of the HDPE Plant.
• Provide regular reporting in CMMS regarding maintenance execution at the HDPE Plant.
• Support Planning and Scheduling Supervisor with maintenance activities.
