This opportunity is within the Community Maintenance Support Division and requires an experienced engineering professional capable of developing and implementing maintenance programs that ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and machinery. The Maintenance Engineer will work closely with Maintenance Technicians, Planners, Schedulers, Operations, HSE, Engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to improve equipment reliability and optimize maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment and machinery.
• Optimize maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime, control maintenance costs, and improve asset life cycles.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planners and Schedulers to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
• Identify maintenance process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, HSE, and Engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities meet operational and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements for equipment maintenance and reliability.
